2.3 Custom orders and special requests are available but may require additional time and fees.
3. Pricing and Payment 3.1 Prices listed on our website are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
4. Delivery and Collection 4.1 We offer delivery services within specified areas. Delivery fees and timelines will be communicated during checkout.
4.2 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
4.3 Orders may also be collected in-store during business hours.
5. Cancellation and Refunds 5.1 Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time.

5.3 Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds 2.1 Refund requests must be made within 15 Days of receiving the product.
2.2 To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.
2.3 Refunds are not available for:
Custom or bespoke floral arrangements.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
3. Process for Refunds 3.1 To initiate a refund request, please contact us with the order details and a description of the issue.
3.2 If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges If you are not satisfied with the product, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Refundable Services Delivery fees and other service charges are non-refundable unless the issue arises from our error.
